These messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional offers. 3. Appointments and Payments

• All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by calling our office.
• Payment is due at the time of service. We accept CareCredit, United Credit, and Alle Payments powered by Cherry ..
• You may be required to provide a deposit for certain services.

4. Cancellations and Refunds 

• Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this time frame may result in a cancellation fee.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in the loss of any deposit paid.

• Refunds are not guaranteed and are provided at our discretion.

5. Health and Safety

When using our services, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information. Fortitude Health Spa is not liable for any adverse effects due to undisclosed medical conditions. It is your responsibility to follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided.
