Fortitude Health Spa's Medical Director is a board-certified urologist serving the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex with more than 30 years of surgical expertise. That depth of experience is what allows him to deliver an exceptional surgical experience for every client. His passion for men's sexual health and women's wellness drives him to bring the latest treatments for erectile dysfunction and female urinary and vaginal disorders to Fortitude. Dr. Ortiz also specializes in male and female hormone replacement therapy, and he regularly attends continuing education courses to learn and apply new techniques. When he isn't at the spa, you'll find him on the golf course, spending time with family, skiing, or out for a drive in his very first car — a '68 Mustang.
Nikki is the founder of Fortitude Health Spa and a National Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA). She has worked alongside Dr. Dennis Ortiz for more than 20 years — first assisting in surgery, and now serving as Operations Manager for his busy urology practice. Nikki's passion for skincare, beauty, and people is the driving force behind Fortitude. She's constantly bringing in new techniques and treatments to strengthen the way you see beauty, inside and out, and she's deeply committed to making every client's experience the best it can be. When she isn't at the spa, you'll find her on long walks or spending time with her family.
Alicia has worked in Aesthetics for over 20 years as a Surgery Coordinator for a busy facial plastic surgeon. She specializes in Pre and Post Procedure care here at Fortitude Health Spa. She will cultivate a warm and inviting atmosphere as well as addressing all your needs and making sure your entire experience is enjoyable. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, friends and her three miniature pinchers.
Marty is a U.S. Navy Veteran trained as a surgical first assist specializing in facial plastics and head and neck surgery. Marty works in conjunction with Dr. Ortiz on his cosmetic liposuction and blepharoplasty. Marty specializes in laser treatments as he is the National Trainer for Saratoga Lasers. Marty also is the master of PDO Threads and Botox. In his free time, he enjoys instructing Certified Medical Education (CME) classes teaching the hands-on part of the courses. He is also big on racing cars when he can fit that in his busy schedule.
