Fortitude Health Spa’s medical director is a board-certified Urologist in the Metroplex. His over 30 years of surgical expertise provides him the ability to provide you with the best surgical experience ever. His passion for ED and Women’s health allows him to bring you the latest treatments for male erectile dysfunction and female urinary and vaginal disorder. Dr. Ortiz also specializes in Male and Female hormone replacement therapy. He attends continuing education courses to learn and apply new techniques at Fortitude. In his spare time, you will find him on the golf course, spending time with his family, skiing, or driving his dog Bella around in his very first car, a 68 Mustang.
Nikki is the founder of Fortitude Health Spa. Nikki is a National Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA) and has worked alongside Dr. Dennis Ortiz for over 20 years beginning with assisting him in surgery to now Operations Manager for his busy Urology Practice. Nikkis’s passion for skin care and beauty has Fortitude Health Spa constantly adding new techniques to strengthen the way you see beauty on the inside and out. Her compassion for people and the way you feel about yourself has her committed to making your experience at our spa the best. In her spare time she likes to take long walks with her dog Bella and spend time with her family.
Alicia has worked in Aesthetics for over 20 years as a Surgery Coordinator for a busy facial plastic surgeon. She specializes in Pre and Post Procedure care here at Fortitude Health Spa. She will cultivate a warm and inviting atmosphere as well as addressing all your needs and making sure your entire experience is enjoyable. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, friends and her three miniature pinchers.
Marty is a U.S. Navy Veteran trained as a surgical first assist specializing in facial plastics and head and neck surgery. Marty works in conjunction with Dr. Ortiz on his cosmetic liposuction and blepharoplasty. Marty specializes in laser treatments as he is the National Trainer for Saratoga Lasers. Marty also is the master of PDO Threads and Botox. In his free time, he enjoys instructing Certified Medical Education (CME) classes teaching the hands-on part of the courses. He is also big on racing cars when he can fit that in his busy schedule.
Helga is a National Registered Certified Medical Assistant working in Urology for over 12 years. 8 years of that has been with Dr. Dennis Ortiz. Her passion for beauty and Health as a total package has led her to transition her career over to Aesthetics at Fortitude Health Spa. Her goal is to help you feel good on the inside while looking your best on the outside. In her spare time, she loves crafting and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys!
